Who checks it
Our team, itself: there is nobody to recruit, so the check starts as soon as you order. We follow every step of the feature on desktop and on phone, and note what doesn’t work, what displays wrong and what doesn’t respond.
The check is also included in every plan with testers, and runs before them: a bug is never mistaken for an obstacle.
What the report looks like

How is it different from user testing?
The check answers “Does it work?”: our team verifies every step. User testing answers “Do your customers get through?”: five people matching your customers walk the journey. A site can work perfectly and still lose customers.

Desktop and phone, always both.
Do I need to give you access?
Only if the feature needs a login: you create a test account, and its credentials are deleted on the day of delivery.
