Usability testing
Website user testing, done for you.
Five people matching your customers try to do what your site asks of them (buy, book, contact you), each on their own device, recording their screen and voice. Our team watches every session in full and sends you, within 7 to 10 business days, a written report where each obstacle is ranked by severity with a suggested fix: US$797, one-time payment.
For online stores, clinics and practices, service businesses and small software companies that want to know where visitors hesitate or get stuck before spending on ads or a redesign.
US$797 for 1 journey and 5 testers, functional check included. One-time payment.
Who the testers are
People recruited to the profile you ask for (language, device, age, comfort with technology), mostly in Canada. Each one tests in the language they know best: English, French or Spanish.
They don’t know what you suspect, and nobody dictates the steps: they get a goal, never the route. Before them, our team walks the journey for the functional check.
What the report looks like
One finding from the sample report, on a fictional store: the severity, the device, how many testers hit it, what they did and said, and a suggested fix.
The price
US$797, one-time payment, for one journey tested by 5 people, functional check included. Three journeys, with 15 testers: US$1,997. No subscription, no sales call: you order online in five minutes.

Do I have to watch the videos?
No. Our team watches every session in full and writes the report. You get no video to watch, and recordings are deleted 30 days after delivery.
Why five testers?
Five people with the same profile are enough to bring out the obstacles that keep coming back; beyond that you mostly see the same ones again. The report says how many testers hit each obstacle.
What do I need to order?
Your site’s address, the goal to attempt and the testers’ device. If part of the journey needs a login, you give us a test account, deleted on the day of delivery.
